Privacy notice

This notice explains what Find a Specialist Cleaner collects and what we do with it. Contact: hello@findaspecialistcleaner.co.uk.

What we collect

If you use our listing or contact form, we receive what you enter: usually a name or business name, an email address and your message. Browsing the directory doesn't require you to give us anything.

Why we use it

Only to check, add or update a listing, fix problems you report and reply to you. We rely on our legitimate interest in keeping the directory accurate. We don't sell details or use them for marketing.

Where it's stored

Form submissions are stored by Netlify, which hosts this website and may process data outside the UK under safeguards set out in its terms.

How long we keep it

For as long as the listing is live or 12 months after we last heard from you if you weren't listed.

Cookies

We don't set cookies or use tracking or analytics. Fonts load from Google Fonts. Links to firms take you to their own sites.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete information we hold about you by emailing hello@findaspecialistcleaner.co.uk or complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
